Our massage clinic prioritises fairness and effective communication to deliver the ultimate customer experience. In line with this commitment, we have implemented the following policies:

We kindly request that you arrive 5 minutes before your scheduled appointment to complete any necessary client forms (for new clients) and prepare for your service. Timely arrival ensures a relaxed and unhurried experience, as each treatment session operates on a specific schedule. In the event of unavoidable lateness, your service may be shortened to maintain the schedule or cancelled after 10 minutes past your appointment time. 

If, within the first 5 minutes of your treatment, you are dissatisfied with the massage therapist’s technique, please notify our receptionist immediately to halt the session. We are pleased to offer a full refund during this time. After 5 minutes, should you choose to stop the treatment, our general fee charges will apply. 

Should any dissatisfaction arise, we encourage you to consult and communicate with our front receptionist to find a suitable resolution. Our team is dedicated to ensuring your satisfaction and may offer an alternative massage therapist to redo the original service on the spot. Please note that requests for redo services will not be accommodated after 5 minutes into the massage.
