In cases of unavoidable lateness, your service may be shortened to maintain our schedule or cancelled if you’re more than 10 minutes late.
If you’re dissatisfied with the massage therapist’s technique within the first 5 minutes of your treatment, please inform our receptionist immediately, and we’ll halt the session. We will offer a full refund during this time. If you feel unsatisfied after 5 minutes, our standard fee charges will apply.
