We recommend arriving at least 5 minutes before your appointment to complete the necessary forms and prepare for your service. If you’re running late, please let us know as soon as possible. In cases of unavoidable lateness, your service may be shortened to maintain our schedule or cancelled if you’re more than 10 minutes late.
If you’re dissatisfied with the massage therapist’s technique within the first 5 minutes of your treatment, please inform our receptionist immediately, and we’ll halt the session. We will offer a full refund during this time. If you feel unsatisfied after 5 minutes, our standard fee charges will apply.
We encourage you to communicate any concerns or dissatisfaction with our front receptionist, who will work with you to find a suitable resolution. Our team is dedicated to ensuring your satisfaction and may offer an alternative massage therapist to redo the original service on the spot. Please note that requests for redo services will not be accommodated after 5 minutes into the massage.
